Sagebrush Stables offers horseback riding lessons, trail rides, and related activities. We reserve the right to modify our services or pricing at any time.

Booking and Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future appointments if you meet the cancellation policy.

Liability Waiver
By participating in activities at Sagebrush Stables, you acknowledge that horseback riding is inherently risky. Sagebrush Stables is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your participation. All riders must sign a liability waiver before engaging in any activity.

Code of Conduct
We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Guests are expected to follow all instructions from our staff and treat our horses, equipment, and property with respect.

Changes to the Terms
Sagebrush Stables reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Cancellation Policy

Sagebrush Stables Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, so we’ve developed a clear cancellation policy to ensure fair treatment for all customers.

Cancellation Terms

  • No Charge: Cancellations made at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • 50% Charge: If cancellation is made within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment, 50% of the total service cost will be charged.

  • Full Charge: If there is a no-show, the full service cost will be charged.

How to Cancel
Cancellations can be made by emailing us at info@sagebrushstables.com or through the email booking link provided. Please include your name and appointment time in the cancellation request.

Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel according to the terms above, your deposit may be applied to future bookings.
